Confidentiality

Zahira is a registered member of the Counsellor with the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC). The Code of Ethics under such entities enforce a strict disclosure agreement where no personal information from a client should break confidentiality before, during and after counselling sessions.

At Nuffield Wellness, we take data protection with utmost priority here. Any type of information shared between our clients and therapist holds precedence.

While we protect sensitive information for our patient confidentiality, there will be a breach of confidential information if the client runs a risk of putting themselves or others in danger. In such situations, our legal requirement is to share information with authorities for necessary actions to be taken.
